Is It Fear, Grief, or Anger?

I sit with my journal, pen poised, and I ask myself: is it fear, grief, or anger? These emotions, tangled like vines, wrap around my heart. Each one, a testimony to my journey—a truth I must face to heal.

Fear whispers lies, telling me I’m not enough. Grief, a shadow, reminds me of what I’ve lost. And anger, a fierce fire, urges me to fight back. I realize they’re not separate; they’re chapters in my story, urging me to overcome.

This is the work—feeling it all, letting these emotions be my guide. I write, I breathe, and I remind myself that every feeling is a step toward freedom. Each word I put down is a testament to my resilience, my willingness to show up and heal.

It’s not easy. But as I weave through fear, grief, and anger, I find strength. I discover that these feelings, once faced, become allies in my journey to overcome. They are not my enemy; they are part of my truth. And in embracing them, I find my way back to myself.
