Mirror Mirror | What if you believed things were getting better?

Times of reflection are the best way to start a week.

Ask yourself this question: “Do I believe my life is getting better?

I used to live with the conviction that life included pain and suffering. I didn’t know how to get beyond that. Addiction stiffled me enough to get through but I had a constant nagging that if this was all life had for me, I wasn’t going to make it.

Today that is simply not true for me.

I hold on to a hope that the best has yet to arrive. My faith sparks a fire that burns with the hope of an eternal blessing.

I know what it’s like to limp along in life barely getting by. I used to let people treat me miserably and keep a smile on my face. Not so anymore.

I’ll leave you with this one simple question to ponder, “Do I believe life can get better?”

I pray that God restores the vision back to you. Take your eyes off of everyone else. They owe you nothing.
