I know that sometimes it feels like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. A pint of goodness might ease your suffering but that pint cannot be found.
I’ve been many places where I stood next to a brokenhearted person. I have asked them in tenderness to show me the cards life has dealt them. In return, I would share mine. Few have trumped me.

And please remember this: Genuine forgiveness must be proceeded by admitting sin and desiring to change. Period! If the abuser doesn’t exhibit these qualities, please don’t stay by them. They are not safe.
